Siteground WordPress Admin Panel not working, Help.

So I do not know what the heck is going on but I started my Hosting, started with Temporarily Domain & downloaden all the plugins I needed. Afterwards I wanted to change to my Real Domain but when I removed the temporary Domain I somehow deleted Wp and all the Plugins. Now I started again, chose Domain name, downloaded WP & now I wanted to go to the Admin Panel to get some Plugins and start working.

But admin Panel says 404 error

What am I doing wrong. (I hope you guys are able to understand my shitty english skills).
