Thank you for reporting the issue.
The PHP warning is a result of a PHP function which checks if the website is hosted on a SiteGround server or elsewhere.
The warning could only be seen on websites hosted on servers where open_basedir is defined to disallow PHP scripts to execute actions in particular directories.
I was able to recreate the reported issue and passed the information to our developers. They will preview it and, if possible, will improve this PHP function in future versions of the plugin.
