I’m confused about sitemap. I’ve had a WordPress site for years and it shows up on a Google search, but recently changed all my menu navigation (about 200 posts).
Someone suggested I go to Google Search Console after changing and resend my sitemap….but I’m not sure how to do that.
If I have Yoast, doesn’t that already do that? Or should I still add it on Google Search Console. Do I just add my site URL as gorgeousunknown.com/sitemap.xml?
I’ve also read to type in site:gorgeousunknown.com/sitemap.xml to see if my site is indexed, but when I do that the response says ‘does not match any documents’. Maybe I never submitted it? Or maybe I have no idea what I’m doing…?
Thoughts please?
