Good day, I updated my mom’s business website but having trouble with the Contact Form. The WordPress site and domain (*business.com*) are hosted by a single provider and the business email is through 365 (same domain *info@**business.com*).
I created an email through Cpanel (*website**@business.com*) and used it on WP Mail SMTP (through Other SMTP mailer) When we tried to submit an entry through the form, her other business email (*[email protected]*) received the entry and even the email that I used in the form but not the notification email which is the *[email protected]* or any other email that is hosted through 365 with the same domain as the website.
When we checked the Debug Events – this is the error that we’re getting.
Mailer: Other SMTP PHPMailer was able to connect to the SMTP server but failed while trying to send an email.
Mailer: Other SMTP SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]: No Such User Here
The emails are correct and there was no problem before when it was hosted on a different hosting provider. Only when we migrated the site to her current hosting provider, I would appreciate any help as maybe I missed something. Thanks in advance.
