I’m a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of plugin options and scheduling tools that can be embedded into my WordPress website while also not finding exactly what I’m looking for.
Hoping someone can help.
I’m looking to build out a scheduling + payment workflow where a variable is inputted that calculates the price.
Example use case: ordering catering
Step 1: Customer picks a date (ideally this would be integrated w/ my google calendar; I generally use Calendly for this but when adding Calendly into a form, I hate how it asks you to repeat information like email)
Step 2: Customer inputs # of people from a dropdown (let’s say from 10-40)
\>>> Based on their answer from step #2, a price populates. So for example I have it set where from 10-20 people it’s $150/person, and from 21-40 people it’s $100/person. Their answer to Step 2 will determine the total price
Step 3: Payment
Anyone know which tool or plugin can specifically do this?
