Some Admins Emails Still Going to Old Email

Hello!

We recently changed the admin email on our website from info@ to anna@. I am getting most of the admin emails (new user created, password changed, etc.) However, info@ is still getting some password changed emails..

Any ideas on what could cause this or where I can begin to look?
