Hello! I’ve been using EDD successfully for years, but lately I’m having the same problem mentioned in this thread. After a customer pays with PayPal and clicks “Return to merchant,” they come to the purchase confirmation page that contains the [edd_receipt] shortcode. A red error message says “Sorry, error retrieving order receipt.”
I’m using WP Super Cache and have carefully followed all of your configuration instructions. I’ve also deleted the cache, disabled WP Super Cache, deleted my browser cache, and had the same issue. I tried disabling all other extensions except EDD, and still got the same error.
Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks so much.
