I am using a theme that comes with a plugin called “CMSMasters Elementor Addon” that’s responsible for lots of the functionalities of the theme, unfortunately, for some reason when the plugin is active, the website won’t load on the phone. When I deactivate it it works on the phone but it wouldn’t make sense since many functionalities wont work.
I reached out to the developer and they want me to buy the theme from themeforrest for personalized support (I downloaded it from envato elements).
Is there anyway I can fix this without having to buy the theme again? I already pay a subscription to envato elements to get access to these themes and would rather not pay twice.

Where did you buy the theme? TF licenses are perpetual, meaning you get updates whilst the theme is still being supported.
