Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Here, the content doesn’t actually disappear, but the table has many empty rows at the end, and these get moved to the top, because “empty” is smaller than “not-empty” when the sorting function compares the cells.
Is this the same table that also has the “weird character” Excel import problem from your other forums thread?
You could now either delete the extra empty rows at the end of the table, on its “Edit” screen, or try that re-import method in the CSV format.
Regards,
Tobias
Hi Tobias.
Thank you for your quick response.
It is the same file. Indeed, the cause could be empty rows.
But, again, in version 1.14 the problem did not occur. Maybe it’s a configuration issue🤔?
Uploading the file in csv format solved the problem.
Once again, thank you very much.

Rafal
Hi,
TablePress 2.0 has a completely new Excel import engine, which is much more powerful — but as Excel really is a complex file format, some things might not yet work. If you could send me that file, I’ll be happy to investigate this!
For now, please use the CSV method then. For tables with “plain” data, it’s more reliable.
Regards,
Tobias
