You can’t stop the AI model from using its pretrained knowledge because that’s what it’s all about (sadly)! 😅
if you wanna give it a shot, you can try fine-tuning the model yourself. But fair warning, it’s gonna take a bunch of time and data (like around 3000 entries) and your chatbot might not turn out super chatty ( not the best idea if you’re not sure what you’re doing).
Instead, we suggest using smart prompts and Embeddings to limit the topics for the chatbot.
