Starting an Agency Soon – What’s the best multipurpose theme

So I decided to start an agency soon and I will build websites and do marketing for my customers. I’d like to hear from your experience which theme to pick from ThemeForest that has A LOT of prebuilt templates in order to make my workflow as fast as possible.

I’ve seen plenty but I’m not sure which one is the most reliable so I’d like to hear from your experience. I’m thinking of choosing BeTheme.

Edit: I’ve been building websites with Elementor in the past few years but I no longer want to build from scratch.
