I run an online store using WooCommerce. I’ve been an odd type of bot traffic targeting my products and checkout. I’m not sure what’s going on.
1) The bot comes from what appear to be regular IP addresses: known ISPs like Verizon, Google Fiber, etc.
2) The ISPs and location change wildly with each page view (e.g. T-Mobile in Texas then Verizon in Chicago), while the display resolution remains the same. It’s 1337 X 4776.
3) The bot terminates the visit at checkout, never completing the transaction.
I can’t block the IP addresses given that they change all the time and there’s no discernable pattern.
I also have Cloudflare and Wordfence installed. They don’t block the visits.
Does anyone know what’s going on and what I can do?
