Streaming service with WordPress

Hi everyone, i’m new in WordPress.
I have a project and i’m trying to create my own streaming service.
My problem is to make my visitors able (only who crate an account as a creator) to publish video on my site and auto generate a page based on a template previously designed by me, but make them able to change: description, title, and thumbnail.
I found a method to make them able to publish directly on youtube and others, but i’d like to make the site able to automatically embed the video and create a page dedicated to it, as said before, if possible with a little comment section.
Is possible create something like this in wordpress? there are plug-ins that allow me to do that? or i have to look to create my own?.
