I have a .PDF with 200+ fields that I would like users to be able to fill out online. I’ve seen that you can add “Submit” buttons to a .PDF, but from what I can tell, seems to be limited to attaching the .pdf to an e-mail. Is there any way to add a Submit button to a .PDF and have the results submitted by some method other than E-mail, or am I going to have to convert the .PDF to an online form?

You can do all sorts, but will need Acrobat DC or another paid solution.

In the end, it will probably be easier to convert it to a web form.
I think converting to a form would be easier in the long run. You’d be able to sift through the fields easier. But you can also just use and upload field on a form for users after filling it out. Not ideal but it’s what I would do.
