I’m trying to find a WordPress theme that includes an email opt-in box above the fold with a space for a headshot next to it.
Preferably dark-themed, and the focus will be blog where articles/newsletters are posted.

I was considering Generate Press with Generate Blocks but I can’t find any prebuilt templates that are good and the less I have to do with editing the templates in the beginning, the better.
Literally any theme that has a page builder, in gutenberg/block editor. GeneratePress + GP Blocks will do this. Or a plugin. Themes are just window dressing, plugins or builders provide functionality.
