I’m seeing here ( https://wpscan.com/plugin/ultimate-addons-for-contact-form-7/ ) that this plugin had multiples sql injections vulnerabilities past year…
So maybe it’s better to stick with classic plugins as Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields and Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms

Thanks for the suggestion and followup. Given the many security snafus in that plugin I won’t be adding support for it.
