no exact idea how, but it seems I solved it (if anyone else ever needs it) – I changed the new domain that it’s content is the old domain (on my hoster’s control panel) and changed it on WP itself (old test site: test.tld/review and new domain: new-test.tld shows to test.tld/review as well), then I got asked, if those were the same websites, because of both having the same content and I went for migrating the license.
