Taxonomy disapear in editor side bar (error 500 in console)

After installing the WooCommerce plugin, I encountered an issue where the taxonomy disappeared from the editor sidebar when trying to add a new post. This resulted in an error 500 in the console (Ajax calls to fetch taxonomy Category, Tags etc…). However, when I turned off the WooCommerce plugin, the error was resolved. I want to be able to keep both the normal post-add feature and the product store. How can I solve this issue?
