So I have this project for a class that is almost like a pre-internship. However, this project I got assigned is basically to revamp a website that is from the 2000s. The website is basically used to upload weather report summaries by this weather department. They are using cyberduck as a cloud uploading software to upload all of their media. So here my question:
What technology should I be using to have a system where only the department can upload this media for the public to see? Should I code this website or should I use a software like WordPress?
