Template for Jobplatform

Hello,
I am looking for a template for a job platform.

This should fulfill the following points:
– Workers should be able to create a profile and search for offers (if applicable, be notified of matching offers).
– Employers should be able to advertise jobs and register a company profile.

Not a must:
– Employees and employers should be able to communicate via a chat function.

I would like to build this website for a niche in the healthcare industry in Germany and several job classes should be able to use it.

Do you have any tips on templates, plugins or tutorials?
