The default color of the text is red and i can’t change it

I’ve tried everything I could find, from appearance>customize and the there is no option for changing font color. Also tried the Additional CSS and used the hex code for black so the text would become black instead of red. Also tried changing the text color on the page/block menu, but nothing works. The theme is promenade btw.
