I’m writing to report an issue we’re experiencing with our WooCommerce store. Although the payment gateway is working normally, customers receive the following error message when trying to complete orders:
“The payment method selected for your order is not available at this time. Please choose another payment method.”
This message appears even though the payment gateway is active and should process payments without any issues. Our team has verified the gateway settings and ensured that they are configured correctly, and successful transactions have been processed through the same gateway in the past.
Due to this ongoing issue, we have had to add a note to our customers stating “Please ignore note in red.” This temporary solution is not ideal and may cause confusion or frustration for our customers, impacting their purchasing experience and our sales.
We ask that you help us investigate this issue and provide a solution. The wrong message misleads our customers, significantly impacting store operations.
