Hey there, @huangchengzi! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
I tried checking your website to see the issue, but it is on coming soon mode, so I couldn’t.
Can you please provide more details about the issue so we can assist you further?
What happens when you try to access those pages? Can you share a screenshot with us?
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
I checked your SSR, and everything seems in order with it.
However, I see you are using Elementor. If you are using it to edit those pages, it might be an issue with it.
Do you mind deactivating Elementor and checking the default WooCommerce cart and checkout pages to see if they work correctly?
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Thank you for your reply! I disabled Elementor and found that the same problem still occurred. A line of text was displayed saying that the product was in preparation, but I uploaded the product.
This is a screenshot of the display.
Hey, @huangchengzi!
Thanks for trying and for the screenshot!
Either your theme or one of the plugins you use is setting the site to coming soon mode.
This can probably be turned off on the settings of the theme/plugin, but if you don’t know exactly what is causing it, I suggest running a conflict test to see which one is the culprit. This way it will be easier to check its settings.
To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see how to turn this off.
If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to keep the Storefront theme and to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.
— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
You can find more about this in this guide.
Please let us know about your findings.
Have a wonderful day!
Thank you for your help. The problem has been solved. I did not set the online status and the product page was not set correctly, so I could not see the product. Thank you very much for your technical support.
