Theme and plugin for e-commerce

Hi everyone,

I'm re building an e-commerce site with WooCommerce, and I'm torn between two popular themes: Astra and GeneratePress. i want to maintain excellent performance while having maximum flexibility for design customization.

Here's a bit more context about my project:

my website is a WooCommerce online store (physical products) with some blog and simple page

i want fast loading times, SEO optimization, ease of customization, and a great user experience, especially on mobile.

If you got any other theme idea do not hesitate.
I want to buy a theme and why not some plugins, do you know what paid plugins are the best ? SEO one maybe ? i have always used free plugin.
