I’d say im an intermediate developer, still have a lot to learn but I’ve learnt a lot so far.
I downloaded a theme for a clients website I’m working on, the theme has a “theme settings” tab where you can update the theme’s logo’s favicon and other basic stuff.
However the footer’s logo does not update no matter what,
The customiser under the appearance menu doesnt change anything as well
Is there a way i could fix this?

Have you verified that it’s not a local or server caching issue?
Does the theme you’re using have customer support, and/or a knowledgebase/FAQ?
When was the last time that theme pushed out an update?
Footer logo is most likely in a footer widget and needs to be updated there. Depending on the theme, it could also be in the footer builder.
