It doesn’t appear to be built on WP at least that’s what came in when I ran it through [https://whatwpthemeisthat.com](https://whatwpthemeisthat.com) but as far as I know, builders like Bricks or Breakdance and animation blocks like Greenshift might do a similar job. Nice theme though. You can ask in the Blocksy theme FB Group and I guess you will find relevant insights,
