“This email address is already used.”

Is there a way to allow customers to spin the wheel, even if they’ve already been added to the Mailchimp audience at some point in time? Right now it’s telling me “This email address is already used.” — even if I use an email that has never spun the wheel before. My client wants EVERYONE who visits the website to have a chance to spin the wheel, even if they’re an existing customer.
