What versions of the theme and plugin are you using?
Could you check this issue in version 4.0.2 of the theme and 2.4.2 of the Ocean Extra plugin and let us know the result? This issue must be fixed in this version.
Note: After updating to those versions; if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).
