I do not see our plugin on your site so you must have disabled it. In any case: our free version does not work with caching plugins (as described in the plugin’s description). Unfortunately, you would need our paid version for that. I hope you can understand we have to draw a line somewhere in what we give free vs. paid as we need to make a living too.
