That would be bad customer experience to send your customers reminder that early since they may be still shopping and can feel uncomfortable receiving a message so early in the process.
Also according to studies, the best time to send your first reminder is 60 minutes or 1 hour after cart has been abandoned – that is also MailChimps minimal time after they allow sending 1st reminder.
