Yes, I purged the cashes.
Also, I just created a test page with simple headers and the TOC. In preview mode the menu does not expand either.
After a first inspection of the problem: I see the new HTML of the aria changes but the old JavaScript. This is a caching issue. I will look into this now and will push a version that uses a new version number for the js. But please meanwhile try to purge the caches of a JavaScript caching plugin you might be using.

Please update to 6.0.7 and see if this fixed your problem. The accordion.js now uses a new internal version to inform caching plugins of the new version of the file.
I see that you are using a CDN:

This causes the problem, but it is still my fault. So, I am confident that your problem has been resolved with 6.0.7
