Im new to wordpress, so maybe theres something else that my do what im looking for.I use gutenberg so if it would be something easy like a block that be even better.
Id like to have tooltips so when a user hovers over an image (or text) theyll get a little popup that I can stylize showing image(s) and a few paragraphs of text.
