I use your plug-in on a few sites. Normally it works as expected. But I recently added it to a site on which I now notice it has an issue. The Shipped emails do not include any tracking info.
If I look in the Email Customizer for the shipped email, the “Mockup Order” displays perfectly. See below:
But if I change the preview to display an actual order, the tracking section of the email vanishes. See below:
