Tracking video views for individual users?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question. If not, a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.

I teach an online class with a lot of video content. I'd like to be able to keep track of which students are watching which videos and how much of each video they watch, but the tools available on my campus aren't capable of doing this. (We use D2L Brightspace as our learning management system and MS Stream/SharePoint for storing and streaming videos.)

Would it be possible to do this in WordPress?
