I have already used the wp-staging plugin to create a staging copy of my site, on which I have been working for a few months to update plugins and modify the template (using Elementor). The main site is a news website, and in the meantime, hundreds of new articles have been written. Before purchasing the license, I wanted to make sure that I can now transfer the tables from the main site (those related to posts and users) to the staging site and then copy everything through the plugin to the original site. I couldn’t find information on this in the guide.
