Has anyone here dealt with video chapters in the past?
I am having a ton of problems getting video chapters to work with the built-in video player.
I have tried every method listed [here](https://wordpress.com/support/add-chapters-and-captions-to-a-video/#add-video-chapters-via-media), but none of them are working for me.
I was able to add subtitles by using a .vtt file very easily, but the chapters are not working from a .vtt file.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to add chapters? Is there a free plugin that supports chapters? The only plugin I see that supports them is Presto Player, but chapters are not included in the free version.
