Trigger a form Popup upon add item into cart?

Hello,

It looks a great tool, and here is what I expect, and please let me know if it support or how to achieve:

On Woocommerce site, for now, we are using forminator and Hustle.

Upon add any item or variation of the product into Cart, popup a form for subscrible immediately.

Is that possible? if yes, how to achieve?
