my audio file is on my PC network. I’m trying to use WordPress to link to my PC network audio. When I paste the link of my network into WordPress audio link, it fails to load. So, I tried copying the path in Windows 11, but it also failed to load.

This isn’t an MP3/plugin issue – you can’t link to local file in a browser (mp3, image, pdf, anything), due to modern day browser security limitations. You need to serve the file from a web server, accessible by a URL. Even if you could, no-one outside your local home network would be able to access a local file anyway.
