I’m trying to build a site where users can pay a fee to fill out legal documents, like wills, deeds, etc… and then print them and sign them on their own.
I had one developer help me and it didn’t go as planned… I also tried myself with gravity forms and other forms plug ins but I can’t get the exact requirements I need… Wondering where to go from here?

Hire a competent web developer and make sure you have a requirement specifications document.
