Hey everyone, I am *very* new to WP but have basic knowledge of GNU/Linux and API’s. I want to find a way to have somebody input their phone number to a form and through Twilio (I already have a premium account setup with a phone number) I want to text them a pre-determined message. ie: congrats on signing up….
At first I was thinking a basic shell or python script that runs on form submission but I would have no idea how to get their phone number into the script (I have zero knowledge of python)

Is this beyond my capabilities and should I just buy this functionality in a plugin? I would ***REALLY*** not like to spend any more money on this project, but I’ve sank 3 days into this project already and am finally turning to reddit. Thanks!
