Good evening
I am taking the dive into learning WordPress and just wondered if anyone can recommend any of the courses on udemy to learn how to create a custom theme. Im proficient in html and css as well as a little bit of JavaScript. I know I am going to have to look into php as well but I like to have full control over my designs which is why I’m o looking to get into building custom themes.
Also started playing around with generate blocks to have a dabble with a block building approach rather than a page builder and I’m slowly understanding how it works and how WordPress works in general. I have looked over the official WordPress docs but feel like I may need to follow a course of some kind to really understand how it all comes together.
Appreciate any pointers to some well regarded courses.
