UM – Exclude the following URLs not working

I’ve recently installed the free version of Ultimate Member and I am very pleased with it. However, the settings feature: “Exclude the following URLs” does not appear to be working correctly. I have “Global Site Access” set to “Site Accessible to logged in users” and I am trying to use the “Exclude the following URLs” set to: “https://www.harryandannacoleman/about/” in order to allow everyone to access the “About” page. However, clicking on “About” redirects the user to the Login screen. I’ve tried various variations of the URL such as deleting the last slash, deleting , tried http://, etc, all with the same results.

I’ve performed all of these steps first, with no effect.

1. Search the forums and Google to see if your topic has already been started or your issue has been fixed
2. Do a search of our plugin documentation which covers many issues you may come across when using our plugin
3. Update to the latest versions of your plugins, themes and WordPress
4. Perform a conflict test – If you are not sure how to do a conflict test please see this document – I disabled all plugins and loaded the 2023 theme.

I am using the following:

WP version 6.1, Theme: 2021, one other plugin: WP Super Cache – for which I followed the UM documentation to add the following to the Rejected URL strings block:

/account/
/login/
/password-reset/
/register/
/user/

I tried to include a screen shot of my Settings page, but to this post, but I get a file upload disabled error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Kipp
