Unable to add log out button with the Login Log out extension

ProfileGrid extension “Login Logout Menu” works with default WordPress menu. Please make sure that you are using WordPress default menu and then choose the location. It will add the menus to existing displayed menu. If you still face the issue, please fill out this help and support form and provide as many details as possible and we will look into it for you.
