I am trying to use your “Click to Connect” button to establish Sandbox settings for my staging site – staging.persix.com. When the PayPal Popup window appears, I enter my email and proceed to the next page where I enter my Password and hit return. But instead of connecting, I receive an error that says, “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.”
I can login to PayPal directly with the same credentials. I checked with PayPal Support and they don’t see any failed logins. I also tried setting up your plugin in Production Mode with the same credentials and it connected. I don’t know what is different about the Sandbox Mode.
I have taken the WordPress 6.3 update, and that doesn’t change my results.
Another thing that is very strange, is that when I tried to use your Support Button from the Plugin to enter a ticket, it has an error and doesn’t allow me to submit it.
I used your plugins on another website with no problem at all, and your Stripe Plugin is working fine on this website. I don’t understand why there is a problem with setting up the Staging on this website.
