We checked the tracking widget with unchecked “Display shipment status section” with the Yaymail customizer plugin but we can’t replicate any issue with it.
It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. To identify the root of the problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps. Make sure to back up your site before you begin:
- Switch to a Default Theme: Activate a standard WordPress theme (e.g.,
Twenty Twenty-One
). Does the issue persist? - Deactivate All Plugins: Disable all plugins and see if the issue resolves.
- Identify the Offending Plugin: Reactivate plugins one-by-one, checking for the issue each time. This will pinpoint the conflicting plugin.
