Unable to receive an activation link for WordPress.com

I am trying to access our WordPress.Com account, but I am not receiving the activation link. There is no way to resend an activation link either. We have plugins brought through WooCommerce, but unless I never log out (and cannot access the needed areas of their site due to it being locked behind the WordPress.Com login), I am locked out of many features. Any assistance in receiving the activation link would be greatly appreciated!
