Unload whole plugin by post/page/taxonomy

Hope you are doing fine.

How can we unload plugins by post type/page/category? Without using RegEx(es)

If it is not possible, how can we unload all post from specific categories that don’t have the category slug in the URL?

Here for example,
I need to unload the plugin .php file ) to all pages and taxonomies because when I just unload files from the plugin in the editor the .php file of the plugin is still detected and cause conflict with other plugins.
