I don’t know why but you have the 1.9 version of the file ‘gtm-kit/inc/main.php’. How did you update the plugin?
I think the best way to correct the error is to delete plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/gtm-kit/ using FTP and install it again. I you simply delete the plugin from Plgins menu you will allsp delete the plugin settings.
I updated it from the site dashboard in WordPress.
I don’t know how to do what you suggest.
Do you have acces to the WordPress backend at all or is it crashing?
I restored the version before the crash so i have access.
You are correct in that what shows in my dashboard is version 1.9
Google Tag Manager implementation focusing on flexibility and pagespeed.

You problem is not in version 1.10. The problem is that the plugin wat not fully udated, which could be because of server interruption.
I think it is safe to try an update again, and if it happens again you need to contact your webhost support.
