“Update Failed”

Hello everyone,

I am not able to install new or update existing plugins at the moment. The screenshot below is what happens when I try to install new plugins. When I try to update existing plugins, the website goes into maintenance mode for a couple of minutes before returning to normal without having updated the plugin. How do I fix this?

I do not have much experience with Cpanel/File Manager.
