Hello. No worries . Where do you make your website ? Is it on local server on your computer ? Thats what i would suggest you to do, first build website on your local computer on local server and than just move it to server.
If you already building it not on live server , than there should be hosting who is holding the website for you , where did you get than your login etc. ?
